I dont do requests :) . If you dont use Rico (which is weird to me, but ok) it will function as a normal unique building. There are plenty of mods that allow you to plop more than one of each unique.

Great job! May I ask you if it's possible to have a reverse-135 degrees building? Or 270 degrees, in other words. I mean the angle contrary to the 135-degrees one, to avoid empty spaces when building with roads angled 135 degrees.
