@Cerocks This was only an attempt to get into EU4 modding, and I basically lost the original files for it, so there is no way this is being updated. All my other mods however are up to date - try France Overhaul as it's much better and more polished than this.

Love your mods to death. Livonia is way underdeveloped for how interesting its position is. Please update.

Any chance of an update?. Really enjoying the France mod and would like to try this one too.

Polotsk is releasable in Vanilla

@KonPlayz I believe Polotsk is already a releasable nation in EU4. I know that Smolensk, Chernigov and Kiev are releasable, so Polotsk probably is too

You can actually make give vassals vassals in the files, there's nothing more to it really.

They regained the coastline back later, you should just make the little coast line a really small provence, otherwise I really like the mod.

@Schwiiz When the Treaty of Melno was signed in 1422 the Teutons had to give up all claims to Samogitia, including the 15km stretch of coastline between Palanga and Šventoji ceded to Lithuania.
And Livonian Order was an autonomous branch of the Teutonic Order, however for gameplay reasons (I can't have vassals of a vassal, I'll see if I can make that possible) it is independent in this mod.

Lithuania didn't Historically have a Baltic Coast, it was taken in 1200s by the Teutons. Livonians were also under direct control of the Teutons.

Without to play it's easy to say that this mod is imbalanced.

Riga actually was made of two distinct and independant states : the city of riga, and the bishopric of Riga. You could consider splitting the huge state in two rather than just making Riga an overpowered Baltic state. Otherwise, this mod looks good.

Finally the Baltic region gets some mod love, thanks! Why'd you decide to do this mod, are you from the Baltics or do you have cultural ties to them, or did you just feel like it?

you should definitely change culture in southern estonia to estonian
and change the capital of livonian order to riga in history/countries to riga so if livonian order annexes riga they will move their capital to the proper place
i also suggest an alternative way to secularize into livonia tag(and make it prussian culture)
some lithuanian culture(and catholic) in grodno and east prussia(later) would be historical

i see lots of potential in this

Compare what other nations get, militarized ones. Like Russia, that insane force limit in combination with the manpower buffs +2 shock ain't gonna get you far. Same goes versus Ottomans much later into the game, with their Janissaries (if that how it's spelled).

Isn't +2 Leader Shock pretty extreme in of itself?

Apart from Goldingen looking like someone threw up on the place, this is very intruiging. Must test. Jumping away again now, like a jumping spider does.
