@Oriberus, not sure there is many, I even tried to find a link just now for you and failed, basically what you need to do is export the components of the material you are changing, edit it or overwrite it how you want the new skin to look using photoshop or equivalent , then reimport it into your mod folder on Ark Devkit, once you have uploaded the new textures save choose the option to create new material on the main edited image, then link the normals and occlusion if you made those also. I know there was a good tutorial back when I was doing this mod but I dont remember if it was titled for Ark DevKit or for UE4 tutorials, sorry I cant help more than the above, hopefully it helps a bit though, have fun modding.

I get that it's cosmetic but is there any armor value on it at all? I also think it might be wortth changing the recipe to something more challenging regardless of it's effect.

A suggestion for further, or say a second teir of camos, would be CADPAT, MarPat, ArcPat, and maybe some of the britght fall Camos the European forces use, and some Alternate skins for the Ghille like Thatch, Arctic Rag, and Auttum Foliage.

Another idea you could use for camo
is to use the actal textures in the dev kit for the environment
so could look like snow/rocks/grass/bushes/sand/dirt, etc

The best kind of camo is afterall natural terrain camo

hey Captain Burns & johnbamford17, yeah limited resources online for making the needed base camo patterns big enough, you never know though I may come across someone who has decent seamless camos available on free use, if I do you can be sure I will be making a second pack.

hey XxM3GA10RDxX and E x U m b r a, finding free-to-use camo textures that could be seamlessly tiled/repeated to the required 4096 x 4096 at the right resolution and size for the camo ingame was my biggest hurdle of this project, there were styles of winter camo I know from battlefield 4 that I wanted in the mod but simply couldnt get anything usable for it, so yes if theres a seamless camo texture out there available for the style wanted, sure I can do it.
