@nilsforsmarkregner , mod is being replaced by a new project, so this one doesn't work with newer versions that's why the advisors don't come up.

Hi, I've just started plaing the mod and for some reason no theorist, political advisers, chiefs or high commanders are available. Is that simply something I did wrong or is it a part of the mod?

@everyone, I have not been able to update the mod for so long due other obligations and the fact that the game advanced so much that a total re-work is the only viable option left to make it fun. I have promised you that I'd be working on a new overhaul for years and I have done so. However all by myself it proved too ambitious to ever finish. Fortunately I have joined a project with some legendary Devs I'm sure you'd recognize, to continue some of that work. It is in its early stages so I can't divulge more than that, but be sure I will keep you updated over the coming months.

Small issue, it looks like the localization files in this mod are a bit off. When I use this mod, the localization for the USA's armored cars is broken (maybe more, but I can at least confirm that).

Sucks a bit that the "Road to 56" isn't using proper AG-42, m/45, etc sprites. I do want more than just 9 years of game time, or I'd use this and nothing else.

Defence spending and organizing the military will be tied to the Försvarsbeslut and which decision you will take in the Försvarsberedning. In the end the paths lead to the FB48 which brought Sweden into the cold war era of a significant regional power. The question is how much you are willing to trade off from other focuses to get there? The focus tree will be much larger than the previous one ofc.

Politically you’ll see the establishment of the Swedish Folkhem with the SAP with some decent bonuses but always at odds with the Officer class and their requests for re-armament. The military might side with the King in their lack of confidence in the SAP, even if it puts them at odds with the unions. Uniting the right is hard but will be anti bolshevik at its core. The SKP faces substantial opposition as they are loathed by most of the SAP, the monarchy and the military. Maybe they trigger a civil war who knows? This goes well with the base game because a communist Sweden would benefit Moscow substantially.

@Julius Caesar thank you very much. In short it's a Nordic Overhaul with portraits, tech trees, events, focus trees u name it. I can give you a short rundown for the general Swedish play. The foreign policy tree is only partially ideologically dependent to give the player more flexibility. Cooperating with your Nordic neighbors is easy enough but uniting their interests is not (The Finnish-Soviet question holds a significant place here). It also gives you the option to cooperate with the major powers and pit them against each other to your advantage up to a certain point at which you can choose a side, or not as was historically the case. This combination gives a lot of possible outcomes to a game which makes it interesting. Another possibility is to re-establish the influence across the Baltic, starting with Åland&Österbotten and taking it from there. Perhaps the dismantling of the Union with Norway was unconstitutional? Who knows what Casus Belli one can find.

So excited to see what the new content is going to be. Is there any chance to get a rundown of the new stuff?
