TLDR:
Solution found. keen you will need to hotfix 6 steam dll's in the DedicatedServer64 folder. In an updated copy of SteamCMD "C:\steamcmd\steamapps" in my case, the 6 dll's below need to be copied into the DedicatedServer64 directory, overwriting the older files.
steamclient.dll
steamclient64.dll
tier0_s.dll
tier0_s64.dll
vstdlib_s.dll
vstdlib_s64.dll

Good that you clear that up :) Thanks
244850 is space engineers game ID. 865376293 id MOD ID.
APPDATA will be where local mods will go :-)
Just to clear up any mix ups on location :-)
Unfortunately u cannot play online with mods that are local, you need to reupload those mods.
In the workshop are similiar mods with a bigger radius if u want a easy solution :)
Otherwise for the SP option just unzip my mod "865376293.sbm" into another Folder in the same directory and change the CubeBlocks file in the data file.
You need to change following settings and just double or triple it.
<SensorRadius>2.2</SensorRadius>
<SensorOffset>1.4</SensorOffset>
<CutOutRadius>2.2</CutOutRadius>
<CutOutOffset>1.2</CutOutOffset>
Mod directory "AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Mods"
with the small drill its now 3 large blocks and with the large drill its about 4 large blocks.
did u test it on small or large drills?
