It's fun with a character with basic equipments (with 1 or two good equipement it's too easy), but it's short, maybe 15-20 min to finish it ?

About the world itself, after playing through it, my advice is to not put a bonfire directly in front of a boss which usually forces players to back up quite a lot throughout the course of the fighting. There needs to be some kind of barrier so the player doesn't walk too far back and reset the whole fight.
