Weapon are loud, too loud this is great but, AKs do not sound as M4s or G36, L85...

Sounds have some issues in this game, all I know is trying to resub to it

When the bolt carrier slides back into place for the AKM and AK-74 it sounds very low toned.
Also for inserting and releasing the magazine, you almost can not hear it when you release and it seems to be low toned for inserting for the AK-74 and for the AKM it's low toned for the release and normal for the insert except when I use snd_restart, it sounds corrupted.
Does anyone know if there is a fix to this? Thanks.

Are the individual alternative firing sounds for the AK series the same as the ones in this package? The individual ones I'm referring to were your early releases with Ribbon. Love this pack btw but had to uninstall it cause the AK47M mod I downloaded has its own sound and it might conflict with your pack.

Camera quality is also a thing, most high quality expensive microphones cant pick up gunshots well, they're too loud. Over 140db usually. So it sort of has to be edited drastically to sound real which is kinda nasty

Good but I don't think it's extremely realistic. The firing sound is lower, it's more of a pop than an actual boom. In real life it sounds like someone hitting one of those slippers on some cement but much, MUCH louder and it has a crack and then an echo after it. The echo is too short imho there's too much emphasis put on the actual "boom" of the gun. Sorry if this seems like some shitty negativist comment, but I think it's constructive criticism. Good job on them tho.

These sound effects honestly sound alot like the AK-47 in Counter strike.

I'm a huge fan of your sound overhauls, but I must ask, where are you getting these?

Is it a port from another game, or did you record these yourself?

Do you have separate packs for each weapon, or could you make them? I would just sub to this one, but I really enjoy having the AUG for AKS74U mod + sounds.

@Honey Badger akm, ak74, and ak74u, and RPK all have a distinct difference. The reflection at the end may be similiar but the actual discharge of the weapon is very different. These are all the same model of weapon, just in different caliber. The sound isn't going to be much different just because of smaller caliber, bigger caliber, or longer & shorter barrel.

Let me tell you folks, it was one of the best soundpacks I've heard this year, and I hear a lot of amazing soundpacks -- really the best soundpack, just the best, so satisfying. So satisfying. The crisp reloading sounds, you're gonna love them, they're great, they've got the best people on this -- I meet people, I've met so many people, and they always say to me, they say cloudnudes, the crisp reloading sound mixed with the chunky bolt, it's the best. The cool suppressor, the hot gas -- the hot and fouling gas, so fouling, really the crunchiest action, other soundpacks are highly overrated. Highly overrated. Sad! Totally blew me away, folks. I was able to get an AK soundpack, and I could get more, I could get many many more. They even complimented my hair. And they also have AR soundpacks. Head on down to Steam Workshop -- this is a movement, folks -- and get yourself some good soundpacks. So important, so so important. We're going to bomb the hell out of ISIS.
