So they work like standard cargo ships and aren't functional barges compatible with Additional Freight Transporters (which continues original Barges mod)?

Thanks! You're right, I should've been more thoughtful when adding the lights. The bridges of my more recent ships don't light up at night since I've come to that conclusion haha.

Really nice to have all these river cargo ships.
Two remarks though:
1: Top and stern light should always be in the center of the vessel (put the radar off-center)
2: At night bridge should have no light (otherwise they cannot see what happens outside :)

Yep, unfortunately there's no way to choose which shipping lanes or harbours are being used by which types of ships. They're most suitable for river maps where there's no way for bigger ships to navigate (realistically speaking).

Hey @Xeenic you would need to use the AVO mod to disable the vanilla assets from spawning if you just wanted to see these in your city/map. All harbours accept all ships. Service Vehicle Selector mod does not apply nor does Boformer's local train station mod as those apply to passenger ships. This mod does not override the vanilla ones. If you choose not to disable them with AVO then all ships of various types will appear at random.

I just subcribed but haven't played yet. How do you control when these are used? For example, if I have a freight harbor on a river, can I set that harbor to only accept these boats. And if I have another harbor on a bigger body of water, can that one still accept to big vanilla ones? Or does this mod just override the vanilla ships?
