unless if the mod is replacing models/texture, if you have the gun skin for a certain weapon, only YOU can see. but if another player has the same mod, they can see too.

kingXkupa wrong as fuck stupid dog, if you are the host of the local server, the script will be applied to players who join your lobby. this is how all script mods work hence why they dont work on official because its a "script" mod, can only be used in LOCAL, all script mods downloaded by host will apply to everyone.

if your playing with friends they have to have the same script as well for it to work
