The other method of duplication was a MAD A$$ GLITCH! Have atleast 2 Magic Scrolls of the same kind in your inventory. Select the Scroll by clicking on it twice. Then got to an item in your inventory, like enchanted arrows or something and drop it. However many scrolls you have selected will be the # of items you drop. I coppied the Arrow of SITHIS 300 times once. There's also a mod for enchantment removal, but since this a Mod Created item, you may run into some issues modifying the item with the mod's Author. So tread lightly, and get his 2 cents.

@Crosspike You may be able to replicate it by using your Console Commands.
It's the accent key ~ ....It should be umder the "esc" Key and the <---TAB---> Key. Not sure if that'll help you. Almost anything in "OBLIVION" could be duplicated. In more than one way too.

Is there a way to get an unenchanted version? I really like the texture, but the enchantments don't suit my character.

what if you finished the darkbrotherhood questline and (spoiler) the emperor's gaurds burn down the sanctuary?

it is over powert I think 5% better sneaking and 8% increased One-Handed and Bow Damage would be enough
