Once again, Hat down Sir :) Wonderful creation
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 31. mar. 2020 kl. 12:32
@tippyc: Yes! As long as the description contains a link to one of mine that contains the trailer(s) you have used, then you are welcome to mix them as much as you'd like. ^^
tippyc 31. mar. 2020 kl. 11:27
can i mix & match some of your container trailers with different tractors? Credit given of course and a link here
Prithagjana 31. mar. 2020 kl. 2:07
Great work
Mulher é merda 14. mar. 2020 kl. 16:43
You did an amazing joob
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 5. dec. 2019 kl. 2:39
@animalu: Probably not something I'm gonna do since bsquiklehausen has American trains covered pretty well. I suggest checking out his stuff and then using the containers in pack 4 since they match.
animalu 4. dec. 2019 kl. 16:50
Thanks man! I love the quality of your work. I hope to see it soon in the vanilla game. The devs should really take your work into account. I would gladly pay for a DLC like this. I never realised how much stuff of yours i use till i purged my subscriptions. It's really impossible to unsubscribe to your stuff.

I need to ask you, is it possible to do a version of the container trains hooked up to that CFL Locomotive? or maybe some north american diesel-electric locomotive?
Having overhead power lines in an freight yard is not so good looking.
cameranutzii 24. nov. 2019 kl. 16:29
Can not build without your containers. TY!
WTC1973 8. aug. 2019 kl. 6:28
God, there's so much here.

And I love it all! Great work with the containers and the excellent creativity with naming!
Strategy Nerd 28. feb. 2019 kl. 11:33
@Quboid: I have solved this by subscribing to too many assets. Once your PC is struggling to keep up, trains don't check for collisions as accurately. It's also inspired me to make a tragic crash scene, which was very fun.
Melkiy582 1. sep. 2018 kl. 4:51
That's why I have bought 32GB ram
Nano 31. maj 2018 kl. 21:34
Another Subscribe All collection. Thanks again for your hard work.
LItz 27. jan. 2018 kl. 5:46
Thank you.nice job.like it:)
Quboid 14. jan. 2018 kl. 16:17
Thanks. I've only just noticed this with short trains presumably because I've started playing with despawning switched off. It's not just your short trains, the longer of some of the other 'short' ones are the same.

I can arrange one-way tracks as you say, stick to shorter short trains, or switch on despawning and let the jams sort themselves out. I would like to use those gorgeous long trains so I'll see if I can design one-way tracks with them in mind.
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 14. jan. 2018 kl. 13:27
@Quboid: I'm afraid not. I'd have to cut some trailers for it to stop. I'm not sure if there's any mods that change how they behave as I haven't had that myself. The best way around it might be to simply have one way tracks go into the station, so they'd never leave the way another train comes in. Not a great solution I know. :/
Quboid 14. jan. 2018 kl. 13:19
I'm having trouble with your short trains, they're causing jams at vanilla cargo stations. They seem to be *just* too long, so they interfere with the track criss-cross. Is this avoidable?
Chamëleon TBN 22. aug. 2017 kl. 5:22
OK @ Avanya. It is the waggon with the two smaller CIM Containers. Thank you very much. Take your time :)
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 21. aug. 2017 kl. 11:39
@вιасκ & ωніτε: Sounds like an issue with the LOD. Sadly I don't have much time for Cities atm, but I'll have a look at it when I do.
Chamëleon TBN 21. aug. 2017 kl. 11:18
@Avanya - I have a graphic problem with the "CIM"-Container in your trains. It turns into black when zooming out. It ist the only container that do this.

good job man
:steamhappy:
Overlord 14. apr. 2017 kl. 1:47
@gravage Yeah unfortunately it is what it is. I have 16gb ram "only" but I wont buy another 16gb only because of this game. In other games I dont need that much ram. My solution to this is always build some project huge city/rural region/tropcial island etc. in this way you wont need all of the assets. I had subscribed so many assets which I did not used at all. So I unsubscribed all and started adding one by one. I had probably 25 different fences so I reduced it to 7. One wooden, one farm, one brick wall, one stone or concrete wall, one industrial and chainlink fence etc. For example I like trains and cargo harbors so I started with this collection and with von roth and bsquiklehausen train props and moved forward.
gravage 13. apr. 2017 kl. 22:07
@Overlord Yeah, after I did a lil' more reading I didn't change anything, I just left it to be auto managed as it had been.
Overlord 12. apr. 2017 kl. 7:40
@Gravage. It wont help you. I tried too. The main difference is really reduced ram load I went to 12gb from 14 but games was slow and game was freezing and there was some big fps stutters. It makes game very unplayable.
Gregory_TheGamer 9. apr. 2017 kl. 16:27
@Avanya: Nice to see that everyones cities could later have better looking oil, ore, forestry, and agriculture trucks! Keep up your awesome work!
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 9. apr. 2017 kl. 12:39
@Expression: At some point I will yes, but I really want to give them some better trailers, which will take some time to make. :)
Gregory_TheGamer 9. apr. 2017 kl. 12:30
Hey Avanya!

I got a suggestion for you! Could you make American oil, ore, forestry, and agruculture trucks? I can't find any good ones out there and don't know how to make assets. Thanks in advance!

PS, if you read this, please reply!
gravage 8. apr. 2017 kl. 6:22
@4thDownSyndrome20 Hmm ... page file? I didn't know such a thing existed. I googled it and after a quick quick read it seems like something to look into. Thanks.
seanlax5 20. mar. 2017 kl. 5:33
@Overlord, Use a page file dude! I had 16gb RAM and over 5000 assets :)
Overlord 20. mar. 2017 kl. 3:22
A M A Z I N G - one word :) - I wish I could use them all but I cant (only 16gb ram) my cap is about 1800 assets. I will have to unsub probably some 10-20 large buildings to be able use this awesome pack :D
NetBlitzer 19. mar. 2017 kl. 19:25
Railways and harbors will never be the same now. Thank you for making them so much better! :D
Berks 13. mar. 2017 kl. 6:47
Excellent set! Your work is so impressive. :longhaul:
seanlax5 9. mar. 2017 kl. 13:42
The flexibility you've given players in this pack is such a thoughtful and considerate measure. Buildings and props? Thank you for that!
Nano 7. mar. 2017 kl. 15:09
Awesome, now I can use the flat truck props.
alborzka 7. mar. 2017 kl. 10:48
Fair enough, thanks for the reply! Excellent work as usual :)
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 7. mar. 2017 kl. 10:31
@alborzka: They are all made up just for Cities: Skylines. I won't be making any real life brands. Firstly because others like Matt Crux have already done that. Secondly because I personally enjoy brands by the community more (helps really make the game our very own little world).

However once I'm done with all the container things I'll put the source files up so everyone can make their own, kinda like we have it with some trucks and the billboard by GCVos.

So no real life brands from be, but there'll be a way for you or anyone else to create them if they feel like it. :)
alborzka 7. mar. 2017 kl. 10:24
@Avanya are any of these real-life brands, or all made up? Would be nice to see some real brands from you, e.g. Maersk etc :)
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 5. mar. 2017 kl. 2:56
My goal is to have assets to fairly easily create large container parks/harbors like you can do with Matt's assets. I'll likely take a more prop oriented approach since it allows me to do more variations in fewer assets. :)
Overlord 5. mar. 2017 kl. 2:37
Ok great. It would help a lot. Only Matt Crux did some realistic container parks/harbour parks. Other assets are made from vanilla containers only (ugh). :)
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 5. mar. 2017 kl. 2:02
@Overlord: Maybe - I haven't decided yet. But it won't be until I'm done making the props. ;)
Overlord 5. mar. 2017 kl. 1:04
@Avanya - Do you think you could create few container parks from your assets? I mean ploppable buildings. I was under impression that I downloaded your containers as parks and they are props only. They are great for sure but you think you could create 3-5 container parks (ploppable buildings)? It saves the prop limit and it lures people here (park) so it seems that they are working here. Thank you.
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 3. mar. 2017 kl. 13:08
@jacob814: Tomorrow. ;)
Nano 3. mar. 2017 kl. 12:48
No eu truck props? I hoping they are next.
Overlord 3. mar. 2017 kl. 12:47
@Avanya - Thank you very much :) I will give it a try and if any problem pops out I will post it here.
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 3. mar. 2017 kl. 9:40
@Overlord: They should now all obey heavy traffic ban - let me know if you encounter any rogue truck drivers! ;)
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 3. mar. 2017 kl. 8:47
@All: Thank you very much for the kind words! :D

@Overlord: Good point - I remember seeing something about that recently. I think it was just a simple setting, which had to be enabled. I'll have a look and update them if it isn't selected. :)
Overlord 3. mar. 2017 kl. 8:31
OMG This collection is so amazing. I'm in love with it :) I hope that your trucks wont ignore heavy traffic ban policy. Because many workshop trucks ignore this policy.
Berks 27. feb. 2017 kl. 7:54
Your creations are the best.
Overlord 26. feb. 2017 kl. 5:22
Beautiful. I removed all old container assets and replaced them with yours. I also believe you will save some PC resources if you have different assets but from same author. I mean that if you created these assets they should share among them things like lod/meshes/textures thanks to loading screen mod (but not sure about this).
Leovigild 18. feb. 2017 kl. 22:26
Looking absolutely fantastic! I'm really liking all these different made-up brands. Currently I have been using Shroomblaze's ones, but his container ships aren't updated anymore and don't work. I'll probably switch to these when the 3-container-high stacks come out. Thanks for all the work that you've put into these.
HackedByARussian 14. feb. 2017 kl. 20:40
Thanks so much dude!
