Hello author, it is really nice to have this great asset in my city!! Really thanks! But I got a problem after the update of this asset. Before this update, this building has an interior garden and some tables and slides for kids to play. But after this update, there are all gone :(... Is it intended or just a bug? Now only bald grass left on the interior...

@Jackson_C max size for growable is 4x4 ... rest answer yourself any way placing everything by hand is way to go leaving anything to "grow" just creates ugly mess

@.CheekyFox! I often have same problems, but buildings - not the reason of it. You need to place high level buildings in zones with the high cost of the earth, generally in the downtown, where high education level and municipal services. Try to place residential zones around these buildings for increase in cost of the earth. Also I activate "clever houses" policy which increases earth value around houses - it really helps)

I love your buildings, but I have a problem every time I place them. When they are down they aleways have a land value problem, and that is even with several parks around them, and when there are services available for them to acess. Any ideas on how to solve this?
