@SSG N. Ruppard, while in the editor, hit F1. This allows you to move units of the selected faction to be order somewhere or to do something. Once they are where you desire them to be, click start.

In editor how do you get the enemy and your troops on mounted turrents before you click the start botton?

Mingos just copy and paste an arrow from both sides of a multi map combat.mi and then put the map in the multi map folder.
