Wow. You got covid memory like me! The Pilot Integrated Vision helmet has TI modes for B&W, dark green, bright green, dark red, bright red, and then the green/orange/etc one that is so cool, too. The just normal googles only do the B&W and the green/orange/etc TI modes in addition obviously to the NV. Anyway, the more diverse modes particularly require Reshade to be useable, but they're great once the dynamic range of the visuals are tweaked enough.

Is this the mod with the Pilot Integrated Vision? If so, how might these options be applied to other headsets?

I am running with that all adjusted in Nvidia then both the brightnesses all up in the Arma 3 video settings, then Fawk's NVG Ace compensation checkbox, but that's with Ace's NV stuff all off. I sort of have daylight, NVG, and your last thermal mode somewhat running well though my desktop looks strange, obviously. Maybe some other mod I have installed is interacting with yours? I am running with that all adjusted in Nvidia then both the brightnesses all up in the Arma 3 video settings, then that check box, and that's with Ace's NV stuff all off except for perhaps shutter. I sort of have daylight, NVG, and your last thermal mode somewhat running well though my desktop looks strange, obviously, though often one of the mods doing something will randomly stop working and NVG will be too dark again. As for that last thermal mode on your mod, maybe some other mod I have installed is interacting with yours?

What?! That's an unexpected answer. The last thermal mode on this Thermal Vision Goggles by Rad (OP Edition) has massive potential. I've never seen it before on Arma 3 on any other goggles. Is it from some aircraft FLIR mode? It's actually multi-color, but it self-adjusts at the wrong time. At the very least, it needs some way to turn off the manual adjustment and just alt+page up or page down or something like you can do with some NVG mods. With this auto adjustment of that thermal mode if you're near a big hot object like a helo after landing, you face it, and you'll see the people standing around you start doing this amazing rainbow thing and the grass and terrain in the distance suddenly becomes very visible rather than being completely washed out in a monochrome mess of solid bright green. It's also oversaturated ('digital vibrance' under Nvidia) and has too much gamma and contrast.

@reticuli it is not my mode, all thermal modes are vanilla.

Something seriously wrong with your two color thermal mode's auto dynamic range, saturation, and amplitude. It keeps fluctuating as I look at objects, and only occasionally is usable. Most of the time it's all blown out and looks cartoony with zero detail to the ground or objects. After you fix the auto thing or make it completely manual, I suggest you get rid of the black or white hottest region and stick with a color.
