i left a comment day 1 of internal item descriptions and how this mod is no longer needed, but god i am so wrong-

A bit late to the party, but It took them like a year for Edmund & Co. to add their version of this mod to rep+ and it's infinitely worse, wowzers.

God I wish that rep+ never came out.

There are no technical conflicts between the official descriptions and this mod. The mod is more detailed and has mod support. Just try them out and see what you like more :)

Quick question- downloading and installing afterbirth and afterbirth plus now. Does the item description feature in afterbirth plus make this workshop item redundant? And are there technical conflicts if I use this workshop item with afterbirth plus? Thanks!

how do you view the items

i dont know if this is only happening to me but the modd shows no descriptions for the items and the name and quality of the item keep flickering

@paints: A clean reinstallation of the mod fixes most of the issues:
1. Unsubscribe from the mod.
2. Start the game and go into the main menu (this will uninstall the mod properly)
3. Close the game
4. Subscribe to the mod (this will install the mod again)
5. Start the game

If that doesnt help, please send the error message you see in the debug console

I've tried every troubleshooting tip to get this to work again after it updated... I didn't realize how much I relied on it while playing!

Steam should download the new version of the mod automatically, but if not, you can force Steam to update the mod by doing these steps:

i have always loved working with this mod, for some reason it is still not working properly. I did the 5 steps wofsauge had mentioned to do and it is only showing what the item is in description area and its flicker with no text description.
