you most likely have too many addons installed. Try a public server or disable the rest of your addons and try again.

nothing works, cant kill anyone, awful map, clunky mechanics, e works 1/10th of the time, would never recomend

That's a strange issue. IT just doesn't start the kill sequence?

Maybe you've experiencing some server lag. You might think you're in range but the server says you're not close enough.
