The air sweeps being invisible is a vanilla civ 5 thing. If the air sweep encounters another plane that's in interception mode, then you'll see a dogfight.

is the air sweeps suppose to be invisible? i wanted to see what the planes look like flying and i didn't even see a flash it was instant. either its way to fast or im unaware that air sweeps are not to be seen.

It needs a new game to work. The AI nuke animations are broken with this mod.

I think this mod affect save game, because changing the values does nothing.

Trying to get this to work again after the launcher removal. One thing I noticed is it's in two locations: the mod folder where steam installed Civ V, and C:/users/me/documents/mygames. Both locations also have the cached mod database file mentioned about 12 posts down.

Is there an option to remove the effects of this mod from one's computer/game? Because it's stuck more than most malicious virus ever and it cannot be changed or removed by "removing" the mod, reinstalling the game, reinstalling steam or even wiping clean everything Civ5 related from computer and reinstalling both steam and Civ5. It's truly magical.

I can't get this to work for some reason. I checked in the "\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS" folder but there is nothing there. Is there anything I'm missing, or does this just not work anymore - maybe since the new launcher has come out? I'd love to play with faster bomber animations - it's just not the same with 'quick combat' selected :(

Hard to tell what attacked if there are a lot of notifactions.
Normal:
Game takes twice as long in the late game.
Normal with this mod:
Game is balanced!

This is needed when going against AI that spam aircraft. For the longest time I've turned quick combat on. Finally! I can turn it off

It works good with great war bomber but the bomber goes too fast

I'm often a late-game player, so without this mod I'd probably die of boredom.

This is infinately better then the default, which is painful to watch. That said, I do wish this was slightly slower. I feel like default is painfully slow and this is absurdely fast. Like I said, still 100x better then default, so upvoted. Just saying though.

Had a few occurence of that in my WWII mod when I made the submarine more resistant to air attack, but none in the normal game. Are you using other mods that make aircraft weaker or land/sea units more resistants ?

it doesnt work for me, not sure why, aircraft speeds are increased, but aircraft circle enemy unit over and over and over and over. Then just disapear. Reinstall of game will not help.
