@BlackCockDown I did mange to find a couple model/textures one costs 50usd for it doubt you wanna pay that much for a model/textures, And the other is from cs 1.6.

It still has the markings of a CZ75B and for that alone I'm not considering it.
Furthermore I don't have an extended magazine model nor am I really willing to make one.
But if you have any models or textures for the 97 I'm more than willing to help you out.

@BlackCockDown Cz does make a 45acp handgun, its called the Cz97b its basicly the bigger brother of the Cz75b series. Nah it's just that the markings are in 9mm for the Match.
Furthermore there are other complications that are out of my ability when it comes to modding the 1911s.

I follow Farengar's tutorials on modding for Insurgency, check them out, they're on his profile too if you can't find them in "Guides".
