How does a hard disk go corrupt? Disk write malfunction?

I've noticed something with the current one... and it might be an LOD thing. When I am a few feet away from the entity, the armor, and mouth color dispensary. When a am a couple inches closer, they reappear. I think it has to do with the LODs.

Textures have an on off effect, shrink very tiny when you ride also dismount when entering water not sure if these are supposed to be happening or not. Running with Annunaki Genesis (Center) and Extinction (Center). Approx same size as Bad Ass Drakes could be sized same as default Wyvern.
