I don't know this for sure, but I had some weird flickering in my game and I removed the fire truck prop. The flickering stopped. Could be coincidence, but maybe not. I dunno.

are any of the props on the right required? by that i mean the asset will have diarrhea and die and not work if not added

@Ça®ИivØré nah, the asset editor is pretty user friendly. if you can play the cities, you can load an asset and save lol. Thanks for subscribing, just send me a google maps link on patreon!

I am legitimately unintelligent when it comes to this stuff. I have many skills, including saving lives. Graphic design and stuff of this nature... I would only screw something up. I subbed to your Patreon, lets talk when you get a minute because I'd love to request some custom work for Memphis Fire Stations.

@Ça®ИivØré thanks. You can do that with mods like prop it up. Or Asset Editor>Load Asset>Fire station 31 then you can remove or add whatever props you want, then save.

Would you redo this asset with an American ladder truck inside, or without a truck inside at all so we can put American fire apparatus inside it? Heading to donate at your Patreon right meow! :)

As a fellow Memphian, I LOVE these assets. I'd love to see a few more of fire stations and maybe the Fire Museum of Memphis? Perhaps the downtown headquarters before they tear it down (65 S. Front Street).

@gunner62 thanks for that info, I'll keep that in mind

I know it has been years since you built this, but I want to say thank you. I just came across it. As a former firefighter, I thought I would mention that the small tower to the right side of the station is intended to be a hose tower... in that we would hang our hoses to dry back when we used cotton jacketed hoses and they needed to dry before we put them back on the engine so they would not mildew. The hose towers were off to the side of the apparatus bays and not over the bays.
Regardless, thank you again for the content you provide for us. I appreciate it.

@Artemis *Seven* thanks for the feedback. But sorry, if you subtract the time it takes me to create assets, then that leaves me with very little f***s to give about posting stats. Especially posting stats for people that have the time to post comments, but don't have the time to look at a picture that clearly has the stats listed.
Artemis *Seven* 24.12.2016 klo 6.24
There is no mention of the stats of this building. You might want to post some details or at least a reference like "Slighty over vanilla" or something like that. With so many assets in the Workshop, each Subscribe click is very valuable as every assets slows the loading time considerably... So don't count on too many people just clicking to test it out :)

@Cities R' Us I don't know, but that is why I started to learn how to create assets. I've got an updated best buy, but i'm hoping to take a long break away from doing commercial assets. time to do other stuff.

@Cities R' Us there are plenty of American schools that look realistic, in fact one of them is my own http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=759350357&searchtext=city+high another is Red Hawk Elementary School http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=755972355&searchtext=

I like how clearly the station is marked. Not all Fire stations are, but I like how this looks. Nice work!
