All of the functions from this Disable Zone Check, Plop the Growables and Building Anarchy are included in RICO revisited + Advanced Building Level Control you just need to go into mod settings and enable nearly all functions + Find It (+ if wanted Feature: Path Snapping)

@Termite, the Plop the Growables isn't working either. At least not for me. No mod that disables zone checking is working.

Hey there. would it be possible to add the special districts like tourism or eco-offices and so on? so I can for example build one hotel in the city center without creating an extra district or loosing all my other generic commercial buildings. cheers :)

Really good mod and working well.....
Only one massive issue: When a building becomes abandoned other buildings build on the same plot. This resulted in my demand completely going down, all my citizens dying and abandoning their homes because they are using up all the city services. So I guess... don't use this mod for actual gameplay.

Awesome mod, but I´m running in the same issue as @Mornach had.
But there is a weird difference:
Some buildings from specialised industries do work (but not all of them).

Is this mod supposed to prevent growable specialized buildings (leisure, tourism, etc) from despawning when not built in a district with that specialization?

If so, it's not working... at least not for me.

Anyone having issues with despawning, check your district style. I had some problems, and it was caused by my district style being set to "European" so other buildings despawned. Hope this helps!

Is it safe to use this mod into savegame where is so many growable buildings with locked level by control level up mod? And If Isubscribe this mod old growables already built without this mod - are they going to have same settings or this mod wont apply on buildings which were built before this mod? Thank you.

@NLX78: I've just tested this mod with Prop it Up!, and I didn't notice any issues with buildings disappearing: not after plopping them, and also not after reloading the map.
That means the problem most likely lies elsewhere.
