This was a favorite of mine and I often added it as an AI civilization, always without problems. I'm running the most recent (June 2018) Vox Populi mod, previous versions of which didn't create these issues, and might (!) still not be now (alway reserve for operator error). But: I haven't changed my standard set-up, which was - and without this mod - is pretty stable, so I unfortunately have to report that this mod MIGHT break games now. It broke mine right after my and the Serbian Civ got to Antiquity (when you can start building Explorers) . It froze right after during Serbia's term, and that was it....

Love the mod but i found a bug that causes cities to not give unhappiness,i'm pretty much stuck on 16 happiness and idk how to fix it

I found a terrible bug. i stationed a warrior in my capital, and there was no unhappiness output, and when i moved him out, the city still didnt produce unhappiness. fix?
