On hit (ally) removes jarate and mad milk and remove wet effect from target
None of the effects above will be active before you had the weapon active for a second.

Kinda reminds me of the Wrinkle ♥♥♥♥♥♥ from homestuck... That needs to be added.... Maybe a more kid friendly name but still
