Great mods, and definitely keep the increased upkeep, there are already plenty of cheat mods out there. This mod gives wood elves that feel of being elite units but keeps the balance well!

I aim to give Wood Elves an elite feeling, not to make campaign easier, therefore the increased upkeep is important for balance. But the actual values might change in the future a little.

Updated: The mod now only affects real Wood Elf units, no Tree spirits etc. Half Elf-Half Animals get the bonuses to ranged attacks and leadership but no bonuses for Melee as it would make them to strong. Lords also get reduced bonuses, as they are already relatively strong.
