It's unfortunately an old addon that I have not used or looked at for many years, so unfortunatly I can't fix it.

All I can say though is make sure you have everything required installed

I gave them the MP7 because I know lots of people wouldn't have a OICW or mpk5 addon most of the time.

I mean they can easily get OICW or MPk5 skins for the SMG1 if they wanted to, but thats my main reason why they have the MP7.

Also I currently do not have access to my original files so I wont be able to change the weapons in the meantime anyway

Could you make it so that the Elite Backup weapon calls in Metropolice instead of Combine Soldiers? It doesnt make much sense for a metrocop elite to call in 3 units of higher rank.
