I haven't serously touched the game in years, let alone the modding scene. I don't really have much interest in returning to modding this game either.

I check steam replies like once every blue moon.
So contacting me here is next to useless.

Hey there, I also have a permission request.

I'm working on a mod that'll let you choose a ship regardless of what race you're playing. I have a working proof-of-concept so I know it's doable.

I'd like to include the tier 8 version of this ship, as well as your others, in the mod. Naturally you'll be credited for any ship(s) you approve.

Looks like the texture is aligned far right of the actual ship location currently... I suppose or either since Ive already done 1 update to the default apex ship its not playing nice. Too bad, the ship looks kinda cool! =D

Most of mine should work just fine with 1.3.
Also about the nav screen.
Only non vanilla captains chairs needed to be updated. The ships using vanilla captains chairs are just fine

It would kinda break your ship.
Incase you've fully upgraded your ship, it would just display the wrong ship while the invisible walls would still be at the same spots.
If your ship isnt fully upgraded, then stuff would weirdly brake because the game doesn't removes player placed objects or blocks.
I would suggest you to get everything of your ship and store it on a planet base and delet your shipworld

Is there a way to use this with the Glitch? I like the idea of playing as a Glitch that is not stuck early in their programming and advanced to the point that they could make a ship like this.

I haven't planned doing t9 mod tiers for any of my ships.
All of my ships are a little bit bellow the tile size of floran vanilla ship(most indoor space in vanilla).
And this is more than enough space for everything (this one is propably way above floran).

Everything is working just fine on my side. I completly have no clues how something like your case could happen. The Devs itself on the Starbound Community Discord said that 1.2 would not break anything, so it is a problem on your side.
Only thing I can do is suggesting you to reinstall the mod(unsubscribe and resubscribe).

You sure about that? Well, actually other then the ship being invisible, the character drownig at all times, being unable to move, and random sparks, it works completly fine.
