Can you fix combine smart barrier that gets shrunk down a ton when u download this addon it's been like this for years and it is annoying because i have to uninstall the addon completely

When I pressed that launch button in the lab, it made all the whirring in stuff. I dont know what it was for really but when I went outside there was a giant wall thing blocking the citadels view, it was a missing texture but I was wondering what that was supposed to be.

I get this error when I try to load the map:
