Hmm. This is obviously a Linux copy, given the Linux in the error message, but I don't have a clue what happened there. What happens to get that message?
i like your mod, but i found this problem:
Dredmor-x86: /var/lib/jenkins/jobs/Dredmor_Linux_RELEASE/workspace/spells.cpp:1720: void ApplyEffectAt(skillDBEntry*, int, int, Hittable*, bool, Item*, const char*, bool): Assertion `0 && "BAD TRIGGER SPELL"' failed.
does that help ?
again cool thing the deafknight
"WALL OF SOUND! . . SO-NIC BEAT-DOWN!" Seems appropriate to the mod.
Aww, thanks! I'm trying to push a bunch out for a big skill pack, at which point I'll be more concerned with finetuning the balance, but yeah. There's a lot of gameplay potential and styles one could eek out of the DoD engine, and I figured "hey - I'm sure I'm smart enough to do this!" I'm just sad I have no visually artistic inclinations. ):
Keep up the good work, your skill lines have been the most interesting mods I've tried so far.
Have you been using Heavy Riffin'? When the knockback occurs, it throws around movable objects, in the same way that any other knockback does. Paladinner's capstone has had similar complaints (which were usually rectified by them just <!-- --> ing the knockback affect in spellDB.xml), but you mentioned you haven't used that.
If it's not Heavy Riffin', then I have no idea. There's NOTHING else in the mod that should fiddle with that.
Maybe it doesn't come from your mod, but since it started right when I started using it and only when I use it, please keep an eye out for similar reports.
Other than that, I've been enjoying your mod a lot. some abilities may be a little bit OP though. More testing needed to be sure, but I don't want to have games wasted by displaced doodads.
