Looks awesome but still broken (Nov 2023). The trucks collect garbage and the processing rate looks like it goes up, but the amount stored never goes down. And you can't empty it to another facility as others have mentioned. Waste Processing also can't help out, but I think that's intentional because it looks like it should function similar to a recycling center(?) rather than a landfill. I was hoping it would send out recycled goods via train but it just fills up and gets stuck.

to delete a land fill you simply get move it, on the steam work shop and then select the landfill
and find reset object ore click delete,

It starts full and it cant be emptied
