Itwon't ever be built by the game, it's purely a ploppable asset and would never come about by leveling. It's way too large to be a growable, too. However, the RICO mod would make it work as if it's a growable, and that *might* mean no maintenance costs, I'm not sure.

Stupid question here xD:
If the building is built by the game, that is through leveling up and such like most of the buildings in the game, will I still have to pay for the weekly mainteinance cost?

This is definitely the best asset I have used in terms of quality, size, and beauty. Every time I put it into my cities it makes them feel more real.

@KCalifornia -> It's called Pyramid Capital Plaza, but unfortunately it works with "Larger Footprints" (which is deprecated) and it wasn't updated for After Dark...

i would like to see California Plaza, Wells Fargo Center, and the double black towers (I don't remember their names).

@Boldlybuilding any chance for 1:1.5 version? I love your assets, some of the best in the whole workshop. Still i make my cities in scale, never bigger than 500k and such high buildings kill my dream skylines and immersion. When we get the chance to build 1m+ cities such high buildings wont be a problem anymore. Please make my wish come true! :)

Guðjohnsen World: I assume you're referring to the paypal/patreon buttons. Those are there as optional only. You can sub to this asset for free as much as you want, anybody can. You do not have to pay anything at all. Those buttons are there simply for those who might wish to contribute and help support the artist a bit. Many people have such an option on their assets, but again, it's purely optional. If you don't like it, or you don't have it, you don't have to pay anything.
