everytime i start that map my pc is crashing . any ideas ?

I think I have fixed the mouse camera scroll speed issue. It's caused when you overide the camera height. I have set the camera height back to the default height. Let me know if this works.

Map scroll is very slow. Maybe too much in the way of artifacts - not sure about this but can't suggest why this might be so. No such problems with other maps. Hope this helps improve it.
