@_mechanic_ you can do this by adding the aerodynamics mod so you burn in atmosphere if you go to fast

This does work in 2022. Double check that you have it enabled in the world you are playing. Also there could be a conflicting mod?

I had the same issue, and just found out that AQD Combat balance mod interfere with speed limit mods, but did not find a reference to it in the description. (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=2180804144)

think its broken now. when moving around for some reason it will cut out when holding down a key. so trying to fly forward and holding the w, it will do for a bit, but then will stop and you have to release and re press over and over again. Also every now and then when u leave a ship it will throw you out. Like i have left a ship cockpit and have suddenly gained 5000m/s and have eneded 100km from my ship lol
