Could you please make this thing its own model and not reliant on a ton of assets? I don't want my assets page to be flooding with useless garbage.

For some reason this asset is telling me I need a certain number of deaths to unlock it. Any idea what's wrong?

@chem The asset is only placed in that tab if it is a growable industrial building, this isn't a grow its RICO only.

The workshop has needed one of these for far too long, very nice~ Are you considering making any larger ones? These things can get pretty friggin tall, and this one seems more medium sized.
