Sorry but I will have to decline. Currently I barely have time for friends and games, instead of that I'm moving towards digital art. I can't afford any distractions, I'm either busy at work or learning how to draw/paint digitally in Photoshop. I'm out of commission for at least a year.

Teaching how to makes basic skins would take ... at least 20 hours. And we are talking about basic skins. Can't even imagine how long it would take for high quality skins. If you want to learn how to use GIMP pr Photoshop you need to search for tutorials.
