@Krb, To remove spells, you have to create a game mod that edits the RPK file that has the summon spells. You should be able to find a guide online for modding the game.

Rebellion is a stupid spell. Just pushes fun into ♥♥♥♥.

For anyone who is confused about what "Ultimate" spells are: These are the top-tier Strategic spells each class gets that is deliberately unbalanced to act as a "tiebreaker" in long games.

To wit, this mod would remove:

* Warlord -> Global Assault (gold medals and buffs for all units)
* Dreadnought -> Great Mobilisation (Movement and buffs for machines & class units)
* Theocrat -> Armageddon (holy weakness for all enemies, strong will for own units)
* Rogue -> Age of Deception (All units invisible, huge happiness penalty for enemy empires)
* Sorcerer -> Age of Magic (Huge casting point bonuses, all spell costs halved)
* Druid -> Wild Hunt (All their units float, get strong will)
* Necromancer -> Age of Death (35% of all units that die come back as ghouls serving the necro)

Assuming that this still works? Would be nice to have a list of the spells it gets rid of. Also I imagine it's compatible with most every other mod if that's all it does?

I agree, Vvv. It's an artificial way to try to end the game.

Thx for this mod, I was never a fan of armagedon sort of spells...cuz instead of fighting and more action you would spend mana on debuff or casting those.

Only the Class Ultimate Spells have been removed (If I remember correctly). The Angel Summon spells were not removed.

does this remove all ultimate spells? including the things like... grey guard ultimate summon cthonic guardian spell?

As far as I know this mod should be compatible with most mods.

Will this work with most other mods?
