This is my favourite of all your awesome buildings. Beautiful, and such a useful shape.

@Pjosip Couse it's Level 5. All 5 level houses demand high cost areas.It is not feature of the building, it is feature of a game.

Same as @JackATac the building has extremely high land-value requirements meaning I simply can not place it in most areas of my city.

The video with the fake box at the end is fantastic.

I believe the problem is on my end but would like to confirm, ive placed the building down and of course because the land in the city doesnt have much value yet, the building is complaining. But people arent moving in. I didnt know this would happen with low land value but oh well.

Also can you please make a mirrored version??? And it would be awesome if you continued the same style front of a building!

Can you maybe release these assets non-RICO? I'd love to use them in my regular neighbourhoods.

@sterbodrom you can place road with RoadAnarchy for ex from SharpJunctionAngles mod. Author removed parking lot exactly because of this "trick".
