the base scripts required by this are not supposed to be on the workshop, if you dont have a legacy version of HVAP installed then that means a version exists on the workshop.
A version of HVAP should not exist on the workshop as stated previously.

It shouldnt be... the HAB does not contain HVAP Yet
if you have this addon and its working it is due to JesseV92s reupload of my base scripts

No that is not me look again. Jesse changed his addon storage steam account to look like my account and reuploaded my scripts using it.

I heard from another big author of HVAP vehicles that Havok removed HVAP from the workshop to get back at another author. If this is true, then HVAP is dead.
