For those having trouble adding the cosmetics to the Spy model, you have to lock the bones of the Spy to the cosmetic. Basically, find the parts of the body (such as arms, shoulders, etc) that are used for the cosmetic. Then, open up these groups and drag the Spy bones to the ones that correspend. Then search in the SFM folder for the files
Should be in <SteamApps>\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\models\workshop\player\items\spy
