@SonOfNitrous: Miyagi Motors doesn't make sense to convert straight as modular buildings don't really make sense as unique factories. I plan to make a large combined unique factory out of those assets (probably gonna improve them a bit) eventually, but it'll probably be some time before I get to that. :)

There's a bunch more stuff like that which will require some work before it makes sense to add Industries functions.

Industries is the time I unsubbed all my 8k and decided to go "clean" :steamhappy:

@SonOfNitrous: These are exactly the same as they were before the DLC - so with RICO they're generic industry, so practically factories that produce goods. Without RICO they're just parks with no entertainment value.

Just a thank you for your efforts. I've started using a lot of your collections in my cities and they're awesome. Great to look at, great functionality, and they're not as costly on the RAM as many other assets. You rock!

@jackdb: They're all larger than 4x4 and so can't be growables. Otherwise I would have made them growables from the start. ;) So sadly that isn't something I can do and the RICO mod will always be needed to use these as functional buildings
