@kazten thanks! back in the day, there was no indicator of it a prop was included in a DLC or the base game. Fortunately it just loads the asset without the prop without problem.

Through me off for a second looking for that table, then I saw it was in snowfall. Lucky I can 100% live without both. Thanks for your work!

Look, I see that you have this conversation on other assets and you give people the same obtuse response.

You understand why people are annoyed. You just would rather not take the time to fix it because you're happy with the asset the way you made it.

This is an honest response, not this game you play with everyone who asks if you don't mind correcting it.

Loading Screen Mod is very common, a lot of people use it. You understand what it means when it generates an asset missing error.

You also understand the benefits of the mod.

Again, you have no worries about this anymore. I bought Snowfall and if I encounter this issue going forward on your workshop items, I know not to ask if you mind correcting it. I also know you really don't give a crap about your paypal link.

@zagdul No, I don't receive any compensation for the sale of Snowfall. Although I have contracted with them in the past for University City CCP, PDX and Colossal Order have been very supportive of the modding community. I do encourage players to support the developers and publishers through purchasing content because it helps to support the game and the community as well.

@zagdul I was genuinely trying to understand how you feel it's an error when it's not. Several of my early assets require After Dark because I mistakenly used templates from the DLC. They didn't have icons back then to let you know what assets were DLC. i.e. HardRock Cafe requires AfterDark when it doesn't need to. That's an error on my part, but there is no error with the asset itself. But unlike that, Kroger does not require Snowfall, me using a prop from Snowfall was not an error, and it does not produce any error messages.

LSM is a mod, it gives you additional information that does not affect the game. An asset loading without a prop used is in no way an error, it is a game mechanism. That's why i respected your initial comment so much, because you acknowledged as much and that the issue here was yours personally.

It a missing asset which generates an error unless you own DLC which you have to pay for.

Again, I love what you do for the community, but this is the reality.

@zagdul hey, thanks. Again, but IT IS NOT AN ERROR though. The building loads and plays just fine, without SnowFall, it just will not have the table included. That's the way the game is intended to work. I wanted to use the table in my asset when I made the building, and i used the table. what's the issue with that?

Hey, I appreciate everything you do for the community but having a built in 'paywall' to mitigate an error is kind of rude. In the end it doesn't matter, I have Snowfall now and all the other DLC so keep doing you man. Make sure you get your cut from Paradox.

@zagdul no, you shouldn't reupload any creators work without their consent. But said asset DOES NOT have an error, and does not need to be fixed. What needs to be fixed, is for the user that is so annoyed to buy the DLC.

@zagdul thank you so much for asking so nicely. I really appreciate it. I haven't "fixed" (changed it) in 4 years and won't happen anytime soon. Your plea made me think about it for a split second however.

I bet there are some people that enjoy Rustic Table from Snowfall in front of their Kroger as much as you are bothered by notification, lol. What if I'M OCD and absolutely must have this table in front of it?

There are a couple of 'solutions' to the non-problem however. 1) BUY SNOWFALL, I mean who doesn't want snow and trams. 2) load this asset in the asset editor and just save it. That will remove the table and create a local copy. Unsubscribe from this one (the workshop version). No more message on the loading screen. Thank you for your candor tho, you almost made it happen.

@KingLeno I'm here to discuss the following error others have brought up. Maybe you are using DLC, not vanilla content.

I understand the asset will work just fine with this missing and will not break my save. This isn't the problem.

The problem is absolutely me, and anyone else who is triggered by this.

I'm OCD. I'm very OCD, I like my roads to be perfectly aligned, I like my traffic flow to be as smooth as possible and I like my assets to load without errors.

Please, fix it so my OCD is appeased and I can continue to keep your Kroger in my city.

Loading screen mod says this and I plan to repeat this error on the Subway RICO mod page:

lol, i know i cant get the kroger but even after uninstalling all my workshop mods, items etc the error still pops up

@stalin @I7amoozx now that I think about it, Rustic Table may be a prop from Snowfall. Usually all props from DLC are free without the DLC, but I don't know if that was the case for Snowfall or not. Either way, because it's not an issue in the least bit and doesn't affect the game either way, its not worth investigating further

@stalin don't pay any attention, this does not affect your game in anyway possible. But sadly, if you can't live with Loading Screen Mod giving you a message in orange about a table, then you'll have to live without the Kroger

hey so, i now know about the table problem, and soi i unsubscribed from it, but the loading screen keeps stating that its missing, i have all of your other buildings, except the kroger for this reason. Dop you know hy it still is hanging around? i cant play. Thanks

@I7amoozx no table messed up your savegame. not possible. i dunno what's up with the table, but if you don't have it, it won't mess up anything

Unfortunately, that Rustic Table asset doesn't correct the issue. Loading Screen Mod still shows it as missing.

I've read "Rustic_Table" is a vanilla asset; can't subscribe to it. Same glitch has popped up on a couple other custom assets; unsure why. I may have a conflicting mod installed somewhere.
