@wardamneagle1989 I'm not an expert in this stuff, however I have a few ideas.
If you have SKSE, remember to launch Skyrim through Steam so it can register that you subscribed it. If it still doesn't work, try again but in the launcher click on Data Files and click on the check next to this mod. That's all I've got. If it still doesn't work, I have no idea, sorry man.
