This mod is super-compatible, and should not mess any modification up. I usually keep one of each kind of spam up, just for entertainment reasons.

Yeah I did look at those already, I was hoping someone that used both might chime in with the results. The other mod is in so many places, the only way to know is to try both and see what happens. I was hoping someone had already done that. P.S. modder- clean the spam out pls :)

It should be compatible, as the entrances to Sails Cove are low-profile. You can see where the entrances are located in the pictures.

Anyone know if this is compatible with Northern Encounters mod? (It adds many areas to the northern, snowy areas that were previously under-used by bethesda)....

Thanks, yeah I thought this would be excellent. I really enjoy the house myself. So nicely crafted, and the bay is so beautiful...

That's a pretty cool idea! Usually, player homes are rather empty with just you and maybe a spouse or follower there, so this is something rather unique. I like the Northern Coast of Skyrim the best of the whole map so I"m glad it's up there. I'll check it out.
