Hey Ryuuzaki!
Go to Library > Tools > Worms W.M.D World Editor - install and launch to access the editor. You can then import .png or .jpg images and publish them to the workshop. Press F1 in the editor to access the help wiki for more information :)

Can someone explain me how this works? How do I create something like this than how do I upload it? I cannot find any options just viewing and getting other's works..
