for the info if you have plans for a new city I will Like to say a Size of no more then 100,00 people will be a big size for me anything biger then that is to much for me and i only say this because i have not yet reached 100,000 lol

There are several rules If you want to eliminate jams.
First of all - build 2 or more entries/exits on each zone. Use trains between zones and subways within zone. Don't mix them. Don't place crossroads close to each other. Isolate inner-city railways network. Use footpaths. Don't build huge zones - struggle against the jams will be more difficult. Don't use tiny roundabouts
Districts - it's up to you, use them or not. It affects on your income. I raise money on tourism and soccer.
