These boots are really nice. I also like the little pouch on the side. Side to side with other leg cosmetics, this one is actually the best.

But yeah sometimes you make items that just work for two updates. I had an item that was both military and jungle explorer looking so I just double dipped. Didn't work for the Jungle update but maybe if the Frontline update becomes a thing this year comming It'll work for that.

But seriously its "The Dogfighter" that is exclusive to the engineer atm. A while back I multiclassed the jacket to fit the Soldier, Pyro, Sniper and Scout and gave Valve the files... They have yet to update it... So I'm thinking it's a bust.
