it works! now i can finally feel starvation while not losing my items! (i like casual more, fits me)

If you are talking about my other mod, Death Drop Disabler For Survival, then yes they should work together just fine. as long as no other mod overrides the file entirely after these apply their patches

finally, i can ease into survival without going all out into difficulty of it, i admit, i play on casual cause even on casual ruin can one shot you with that big death laser lol

Should work just fine, it only needs to be installed on the Client. It patches the file it edits instead of replacing (like some other difficulty changing mods) so as long as the other mods in use also patch that file, everything should be fine.

shouldn't affect race mods unless they edit how difficulties work

The slow hunger mod should work just fine as this mod just enables hunger for the casual difficulty.
