Number two: Each cabin should actually be inhabited by a ranger that goes about doing his bussiness around to cabin. (Depending how awesome you are at this they could ride around the hold every so often.
Number Three: Rangers dont follow you around willy nilly, they's allegiance is to the High King.

I hadn't played in a while, when I decided to load skyrim I had some issues. It turned out one of my newly subscribed mods was causing it. I unsubscribed, and when I went into my world, the cabin was gone! All my stuff was in those chests! What do I do?!
