Daemon Trooper - You can do this yourself with mods like BOB Tree and Prop Replacer and then you can replace the trees with whatever you like

There's plenty of better trees in the workshop, could you change the Pappeln dependency or make a version without trees ?

Well with todays mods possibilites we can drag pedestrian path through that park and it wont be even visible. I will take closer look next time I play. If some people actualy visit/use this park. I think that I always saw visitors number 0 but as I said below. It is good looking asset and it helps to upgrade so to me no problem at all :)

I haven’t used the park for a long time. But I think to remember that some people used the benches. I know for sure that there aren’t any pedestrian paths if you miss that. Perhaps I can add them in a future update.

Great park but I have troubles that noone visits this park but it seems it helps buildings to upgrade so it is working.

you should do a district syle with all the apartments youve made in it (theme creator doesnt work anymore) and it would be great
