Adds a new grappling hook that combines the speed and reach of the original Grappling Hook, with the gravity and physics of the Climbing Rope.

It can be crafted in the Agricultural Station with the same ingredients as the normal Grappling Hook.

1.1:
- Added support for Starbound version 1.1.

1.2:
- Fixed for Starbound version 1.2.

1.3:
- Increased projectile travel distance before despawn.

Note: Must be installed on server for multiplayer.

I have no idea if it would be hard, but could you make the grappling hook before Giraffe? I don't enjoy the newer physics where I can slingshot across the map.
