None of my vehicles come with running or indicator lights. I only do emergency lighting.

Well, it was missing indicators and I think brake/tail lights and such for proper roleplay anyways.

It was probably just GMod not downloading something because it tends to do that despite being in the subscriptions list.

Nothing should be missing. You are missing textures for the lights and must download them

Um, some of the lights are missing their lit texture. I don't know if one of the requirements didn't load correctly, or if it's literally missing. I did try relaunching GMod.
